The Supportive Community You've Been Searching For

An understanding village for moms of kids who misuse substances and struggle with mental health.

You just found your tribe

We help moms of kids who misuse substances get connected, stay
healthy, and create positive change in their families.

When you’re parenting a teen or young adult who misuses drugs and alcohol and struggles with mental health…

It feels like no one truly gets it,

Silence feels safer than sharing your reality, and

Your love feels powerless over today's substances.

I don't know anyone whose child struggles like mine.

We hear this often.

You might be surrounded by people who love you, yet it still feels like you’re speaking a language they can’t possibly understand.

You calculate if the potential relief of sharing your truth is worth the almost inevitable flood of well-meaning but cringe-worthy advice. (just take away their phone!)

And the sheer insanity of warning your child about the danger of today’s highly potent substances feels like trying to hold back the tide with a kitchen strainer.

Yet somewhere beneath the exhaustion and fear, you know there must be a way forward – if only you could find others to lock arms with on this battlefield you’re navigating.

We can relate, and we get you.

You feel alone, afraid, helpless and overwhelmed, and where do you even start to find real support?

That nagging fear that keeps you up at 2 AM? We know it. The isolation that makes you feel like crawling under the covers for a month? Been there. The helplessness that weighs on your heart? It’s so heavy.

Our members once stood exactly where you are now – afraid, alone, and uncertain if things would ever get better.

You've Just Found Your People

We created exactly what we couldn’t find when we needed it most—a private village where you’re instantly understood, where sharing brings relief instead of judgment, where guidance comes from those who’ve actually navigated these waters, and where you discover you’re far from powerless.

A path forward exists. The support you need is here. And those people who get exactly what you’re going through?

We're here waiting for you.
